As per the ABC (Animal Birth Control) Programme of the government, sterilization of dogs should be undertaken to ensure population control of stray dogs. Killing or hurting them is a criminal offence. Along with sterilization, the dogs also need to be vaccinated against rabies and other diseases to prevent transmission of fatal diseases.
As a part of the ‘Stray Together’ initiative, Utkarsh will undertake sterilization and vaccination of every stray dog in the area. Once they are sterilized, their population will be in control and you will not find many of them wandering around or their number increasing.
Vaccinated dogs are not a threat as they will be healthy and well. You will no longer have to fear them.
